Q. How Do I Place An Order?
A. Ordering is simple. Every product has an "Add To Cart" button beneath the price. Once you click the button you can continue to shop or click the check out button to continue on to your shipping and payment information. (Please Note: We Do Not Ship To P.O. Boxes).
Make sure the Shipping and Payment information is correct. If you have any special instructions please include it in the check out. After you finish checking out you will have the opportunity to print your order. Tiffany lamp Discounters will send you an order confirmation to the email address you included with your contact information. Please make sure this email address is correct.
Q. What Are Your Payment Methods?
A. Tiffany Lamp Discounters accepts the following credit cards. Visa, M/C, Discover, AmEx and Paypal. In addition we also take Money Orders and Cashier Checks made out to our parent company Grannies Gadgets. In the event of a backorder or out of stock item we will email you and let you know. You will then have the option to wait or cancel you order. Your Credit Card will be debited at the time of shipment. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. Before you place your order you will need to register / logon. If this is not done you will not be able to track your order on-line. However, an email will be sent to you with tracking number(s) as soon as we know your item(s) have shipped. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and sent out for shipping the next business day, however in the event there will be a delay we will contact you. If your order is a custom order or out of stock shipping times will be increased.
Q. Do you have credit card and account information security?
A. Tiffany Lamp Discounters uses the latest encryption software to ensure that all of your personal information including credit card number, name, address and phone number is fully protected. This software utilizes "Secure Socket Layer" or SSL technology used by other major retailers.

A. Yes Tiffany Lamp Discounters is located in Connecticut. We only collect taxes for the residents in this state.
Delivery
Q. How Does Tiffany Lamp Discounters Ship Products?
A. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ship our products. In stock items are processed within 24 hours . Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Most items will ship within 2 weeks. (If specific items take longer, it will be noted on that item's information page). As always, we will notify you via e-mail if the normal delivery time cannot be met.
- PLEASE: Inspect your items when you receive them, if your tiffany product is damaged refuse it at that time and contact us immediately.
- REMEMBER: There Is A Restocking Fee On Late Returns.
Q. Does Tiffany Lamp Discounters Charge Shipping and Handling?
A. Order over $150 will receive FREE ground shipping. For orders up to a $150 the shipping is only $10 an item. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires us to charge actual post-office shipping rates which is likely to be higher than $10.00 per item. An additional shipping cost of $10 will apply to shipping addresses for Military APO's. When requested expedited shipping methods are available.
Q. Will Tiffany Lamp Discounters ship outside the contiguous 48 states?
A. Yes. We will ship to Military APO's. When submitting your order let us know in the additional comments box. We will e-mail you with any additional freight charges. This will give you the option of accepting these charges or canceling your order. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and fees for items shipped outside the United States. With the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO's, we are unable to ship outside the contiguous US.

Q. Do you offer discounts on multiple purchases?
A. As was stated earlier it depends on the manufacturer. If you need two or more lamps for your decorating and interior design we will work with that manufacture on your behalf. Of course if a purchase qualifies for special pricing and / or shipping we will gladly pass along those savings, if available, from the manufacturer to you. Q. How Long Does Tiffany Lamp Discounters Guarantee Their Prices?
A. Our prices reflect those of the manufacture. The only time we would change our pricing would be if the manufacture changes their prices. As we already provide these great products at low prices. From time to time manufactures have sales and discount incentives, we pass any savings on to you in the event a manufacturer does reduce the cost of an item.
Q. Are All Of Your Prices Accurate?
A. Tiffany Lamp Discounters works hard to make sure our prices are the lowest you will find on the internet. We have thousands of Tiffany products. Sometimes in the process of setting up one of these products to show online a typo is made or something is left out. Tiffany Lamp Discounters reserves the right to refuse an order, do to a typo. We would never intentionally display a price that is unusually low just to attract attention. As a reputable business we cannot condone this practice.

Returns
Q. Does Tiffany Lamp Discounters have a return policy
A. Yes below is our return policy. Please read it carefully
- Your Tiffany Product is guaranteed against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery.
- Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
- All returns must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in original factory condition, must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
- All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping cost to return all items.
- Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
- All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 20% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box.
