RETURN POLICY
Tiffany Lamp Discounters wants to make sure that you have confidence in ordering with TiffanyLampDiscounters.com. if you not satisfied with ANY of our beautiful Tiffany products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the Tiffany Product less the shipping costs. If you do need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions.
We accept returns on Tiffany products within 30 days. A refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any and all shipping, handling or freight charges.
Additional Return Information:
- Your Tiffany Product is guaranteed against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery.
- Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
- All returns must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in original factory condition, must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
- All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping cost to return all items.
- Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
- All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 20% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box.
- There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.

WARRANTY POLICY
Tiffany products, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. Tiffany Lamp Discounters and its parent company Grannies Gadgets implies or expresses no other warranty and is not responsible for the normal wear & tear, mistreatment or abuse of the Tiffany Product(s). Tiffany Products which are reported damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued.
Any and all damage or defective claims after 30 days are totally at the discretion of the manufacture.
SHIPPING GUARANTEE

CANCELLATIONS
Since Tiffany Lamp Discounters attempts to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
