Returns
Your Tiffany Product is guaranteed against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery.
Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
All returns must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from delivery date.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition, must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling.
Buyers are responsible for shipping cost to return all items.
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 20% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box.
