Tiffany Lamp Discounters will not make you impossible or ridicules quotes on products, shipping times, discounts or anything else that is beyond our actual control. For this reason we have chosen to under promise and over perform.
Tiffany Lamp Discounters offers FREE SHIPPING on Tiffany Lamps, Fireplace Screens, Stained Glass Windows, Chandelier's, and Tiffany Accent Lamp orders over $150 (see exception below). Tiffany Stained Glass products up to $99.99 have a minimal shipping fee of $10 for each item.
We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ship our products. In stock items are processed within 24 hours. While rare some actual ship dates could take 2 weeks. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. As always, we will notify you via e-mail if the normal delivery time cannot be met.
- PLEASE: Inspect your items when you receive them. Shipping damage does happen. See Shipping Damage Below.
- REMEMBER: There Is A Restocking Fee On Late Returns.
With the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO's, we are unable to ship outside the contiguous 48 states. Tiffany Lamp Discounters does ship to Military APO's. When submitting your order let us know in the additional comments box. We will e-mail you with any additional freight charges. This will give you the option of accepting these charges or canceling your order.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and fees for items shipped outside the United States.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires us to charge actual post-office shipping rates which is likely to be higher than $10.00 per item (see exception below).

Projected Shipping and Building Times: We would like to be able to guarantee and control exact shipping times and dates. WE CAN'T! Times vary for many reasons. Tiffany products take a unique hand crafted process to make and for this reason some orders may take up to 6-10 weeks. Make sure you take this into consideration. If you have a specific delivery time frame, we should discuss this prior to order placement.
Order Inspection / Freight Damage:
When your Tiffany Product(s) arrive inspect them immediately. While shipping damage is rare it does happen. Check your order against the Bill Of Lading and verify that the quantity of packages delivered agrees with what the bill of lading says. Please do not sign the bill of lading until you are reasonably sure the merchandise has been delivered in good condition.
However if you discover damage, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately, email us at service@tiffanylampdiscounters.com.
In the event you do experience shipping damage you must sign the bill of lading with a note describing the damage you see. As stated earlier damage claims are rare, they can happen and your products are fully insured against freight damage.
Exceptions
Oversized Items: While most Tiffany Lamps and Tiffany Accents qualify for FREE SHIPPING Some items are either too large or odd shaped and must be shipped with an "oversized" status. Due to this designation oversized items don't qualify for free shipping as other charges may apply.
